You can ask the studio to remove your message or comment records from Annie.

1. Email info@midtownstomp.com, call 916-649-3269, or privately message the studio’s Facebook or Instagram account.
2. Say that you want your Annie conversation records deleted. Tell us which studio account you contacted, whether you used Facebook or Instagram, your account name and the approximate date of the conversation.
3. Staff will verify the request and arrange removal of matching Annie message or comment records, saved drafts and staff notes. We may ask you to confirm the request through the original account. We never need your Facebook or Instagram password.

What deletion covers

This removes the studio’s matching conversation records held in Annie. Non-identifying usage totals may remain for spending controls. Service providers’ operational records or backups are subject to their retention controls.

Your original Facebook or Instagram activity

Deleting Annie’s copy does not remove the original message, comment or reply on Facebook or Instagram. Use Meta’s own controls for those records. If you contact the studio again later, that new activity may create a new Annie conversation.
