Annie is an internal reply assistant for authorized staff of Midtown Stomp, Midtown Stomp Learns and Spotlight Ballroom.

Staff access

Use Annie only for authorized studio customer service. Keep the staff access code private. Do not share conversation records or private notes outside the studio’s authorized work.

Review before sending

AI-generated drafts can contain mistakes. Staff must check the recipient, business account, facts, offer eligibility and exact wording before sending a reply. Annie’s drafts do not confirm a booking, payment, admission balance or offer eligibility.

Service availability

Features depend on the studio’s connected accounts and the availability and permissions of Meta, Cloudflare and OpenAI. A message may require staff handling directly in the studio’s Facebook or Instagram inbox.

Customer contact

Customers do not need an Annie account or staff access code to contact the studio. Please use the studio’s usual channels for classes, lessons, events or account questions. Annie does not change the terms of any separate studio purchase or booking.
