This notice explains how the studio uses Annie when you contact Midtown Stomp, Midtown Stomp Learns or Spotlight Ballroom on Facebook or Instagram.

Midtown Stomp LLC, located in the United States, is responsible for how Annie uses this information. Contact us at info@midtownstomp.com.

Information Annie receives

Annie receives message or comment text, platform account identifiers, available names or usernames, timestamps, post or comment identifiers, and an indication that an attachment was included. Staff may add private notes and reply drafts. This version does not download message attachments.

How we use it

We use this information to understand your conversation, prepare suggested replies and help staff respond. Staff reviews replies before sending or posting. Annie does not book lessons, change admission balances or make changes to your customer account. We do not use Annie to sell platform data, export contact lists or run advertising campaigns.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts Annie and its stored records. OpenAI processes selected conversation text and the studio’s guidance to prepare suggested replies. We configure API requests with response storage disabled; providers may still retain operational or abuse-monitoring data under their own policies. Meta continues to process activity on Facebook and Instagram under its own policies.

Access and retention

The review desk is restricted to authorized studio staff using a private access code. Designated Meta app reviewers can receive access limited to selected test conversations. Conversation records are not publicly available. We retain Annie records until staff deletes them, subject to applicable requirements. Non-identifying usage totals may remain to track the app’s spending limit. Our hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and secure the service.

Your questions and deletion requests

You can ask about Annie’s use of your information or request deletion by contacting the studio below. You may also privately message the studio’s Facebook or Instagram account. Please identify the account and conversation involved. Staff may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Please do not post private information in a public comment.

Read the data deletion instructions for the request process. Deleting Annie’s copy does not automatically remove the original conversation or comment from Facebook or Instagram.
